Powder Handling & Control
WE only use certified powders supplied by AP&C. For all medical customers we only use virgin powder in our builds. We have an established lot control program that we can discuss further with you.
Prototype to serial Production
All of our machines have gone through and extensive validation protocol. Every build goes through rigorous testing prototype and production for powder makeup (element percentages) as well as having tensile samples proudced in every build.
Do you need help with your unique structures
We utilize several design software programs to assist in the development of your unique porous structure.
Cleanroom environment
All of our printers and the various powder handling processes are contained in a highly regulated cleanroom environment. Eliminating the chance of contaminant exposure during the machine changeover routine.
